Meet Our Principals

Michelle Anderson, Principal

At the helm of Prairie Vale Elementary is principal Mrs. Michelle Anderson. Mrs. Anderson has been in education for more than 33 years, with 20 of those years working in Deer Creek Schools. Before she became a principal 24 years ago, Mrs. Anderson taught first, second and third grade. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with her undergraduate degree, and from the University of Central Oklahoma with her masters degree. Education runs in Mrs. Anderson's family, and her passion for her job is evident in every interaction with her students, parents and staff. Outside of school, Mrs. Anderson enjoys traveling, reading and watching movies.

Aspen Bischoff, Assistant Principal

With more than 15 years of experience in education, Mrs. Aspen Bischoff joined the Antler Family six years ago. In 2023, Mrs. Bischoff joined the Prairie Vale family as our assistant principal. Before becoming an administrator, Mrs. Bischoff taught kindergarten, first grade, and was a K-5th Grade Gifted and Talented Specialist. She holds degrees from Mount Vernon Nazarene and Southern Nazarene University. Mrs. Bischoff was inspired to become an educator by her first grade teacher. When not at school, you can find Mrs. Bischoff working as a trainer at her gym, vacationing at the beach with her kids and playing board games with her family.
